Miranda Hands has over 20 years of experience building careers with artists of various mediums. She dreams big, plans thoroughly, and can guide you to the top. She’s here to pay attention to the little details, so you can snooze through the most boring parts of the music and arts industries. Or, to get into the weeds with you discussing every part of your album release plan, something she continues to find fascinating in this ever-changing industry!
Miranda is available for short-term consultations, as well as full-time management, and remote tour managing.

Mike Rausch is a lawyer, accountant, business manager, and lover of music! He always knew he wanted to work in the music industry, so that he would have an excuse to attend as many concerts as possible. Yes, Mike is savvy with crunching numbers and reading the fine print, but he is also well-versed in life on the road because his wife is a touring musician.
Mike is available for tax prep, tour budgeting, year-round accounting, and business management. If Mike is on your team, he will chase down the money you are owed, like a dog with a bone.
